Privacy, without the mystery.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Braeswim pre-launch website, waitlist, and emails that link to this policy. In this policy, "Braeswim," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Braeswim brand and website.

The current site is informational. It does not offer checkout, customer accounts, or product purchases. If those features are added, we will update this policy before collecting the additional information they require.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist information When you join, we collect the email address you submit. Our email provider may also maintain signup time, consent status, email delivery, and engagement information needed to manage the list.
• Technical information Our hosting, security, and email service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, and the page or service requested.
• Information you send If you contact us, we collect the information included in your message and any details you choose to provide.

We do not currently ask for payment details, shipping addresses, account passwords, or bra-size information through this site.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• operate and manage the Braeswim waitlist;
• send sample updates, launch news, first-access information, and promotional offers you requested;
• deliver and measure emails, manage consent, and honor unsubscribe requests;
• respond to messages and privacy requests;
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and email program; and
• comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Braeswim, our users, and others.

4. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above:

• Email delivery. Waitlist submissions are processed by Kit, our email service provider. Kit processes subscriber information on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum.
• Operations. Hosting, security, professional, and technical providers may process information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a financing, reorganization, sale, merger, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Braeswim does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track

Braeswim does not currently set its own cookies or use site analytics, advertising pixels, or technology intended to track visitors across unaffiliated websites. Service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate their services.

Because the current Braeswim site does not conduct cross-site tracking, it does not separately respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Kit, Pexels, and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the waitlist, provide requested communications, satisfy legal or operational needs, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you unsubscribe, we or Kit may retain a limited suppression record so that your preference continues to be honored.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time through the unsubscribe link included in each message. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to appeal a decision about a privacy request.

We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by applicable law, subject to verification of the agent's authority.

8. Children's privacy

The site and waitlist are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Braeswim and the site develop. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate, such as a notice on the site or an email to current subscribers.
